Day - 1 | Arrival - Incense Village
Welcome to Vietnam: after long time on airplane, you will reach Vietnam – the S-shaped land, where 54 different ethnic minorities inhabited.
In the morning
You will be warmly welcomed by our guide and driver at the airport and transferred to Chabad house for lunch.
In the afternoon
- After lunch, you will be transferred to Quang Phu Cau incense village. Visiting Quang Phu Cau incense-making village on the outskirts of Hanoi, you will be fascinated by the amazing images and the busy life of the people in the traditional craft village
- Exploring the traditional craft village, visitors can have a chance to learn about the process of making incense. Materials used to make incense must be carefully selected because this profession has many spiritual elements. The bamboo used to make the stems must be “old enough” and must go through a careful screening process.

Day - 2 | Hanoi - City tour by Bus & Bat Trang Pottery Village by Jeep

- At 08:30, our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel, and then you start your day to discover Hanoi City
- Firstly, you will pay a visit to Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, is a building to commemorate the merits of Ho Chi Minh Uncle – a great leader of Vietnam, and the surrounding sites of One Pillar Pagoda and his ancient house.
- After 2 hours, you will go to the next site of the Temple of Literature, which is the first University of Vietnam and dedicated to Confucius (Khong Tu).
- Have lunch at Chabad house
In the afternoon (By Private Jeep)
- After lunch, we switched to a Jeep vehicle. The green army Jeep will unmistakably blend in with the green vegetable gardens. Before arriving at Bat Trang, a 1000-year-old ceramic hamlet, we’ll spend some time appreciating the natural beauty. Stop in the village, where our guide will lead you through the zigzagging maze of alleyways to learn about the locals’ daily lives.
- During the walking tour, our guide will take you to a pottery workshop where you may learn about the process of manufacturing ceramics

Day - 3 | Hanoi - Ninh Binh: Hoa Lu, Tam Coc
In the morning
- Have breakfast at your hotel
- At 08:30, our tour guide and driver will meet you at your hotel and you will leave Hanoi for Ninh Binh – your destination today
- The first visit in this legend area is Hoa Lu, the capital of Dai Co Viet (an old name of Vietnam). Being the capital of the first fundamental Government of Vietnam, Hoa Lu witnessed many important historical events: the union of Vietnam after “12 Lords Rebellion”, the war with the Song dynasty, the defense against the ancient Cambodian, and the formation of Hanoi nowadays
- Have lunch at a local restaurant with food made in Kosher style (No certification)

- After lunch, you will be rowed along the Ngo Dong River to visit Tam Coc, which makes for a truly unforgettable experience, passing between towering limestone peaks. Enormous limestone karsts jut out from the green rice fields giving rise to this place’s other name, “Halong Bay on land”.

Day - 4 | Hanoi - Halong/ Lan Ha bay - Paradise Grand Cruise

- 8:30: The bus will come to pick you up at the hotel (applied for hotels in the Old Quarter)
- 11:30 – 12:00 Check-in at Paradise Suites Hotel – Tuan Chau Island.
- 12:00 – 12:30 You will be transferred to the pier to embark on Paradise Grand cruise by a 5-star speedboat.
- 12:30 The speedboat start sailing to take you on board Paradise Grand cruise.
- 12:45 The cruise manager conducts a short briefing about your cruise itinerary and safety regulations while you enjoy your welcome drink aboard the Paradise Grand cruises.
In the afternoon
- 13:00 Lunch will be served in the La Espacia Restaurant while Paradise Grand cruises to the islands and islets of stunning Lan Ha Bay.
- 14:30 – 16:30 The first destination is Viet Hai village. You can explore the majestic landscapes and the simple life of local villager by going cycling, walking, or electric car. You will also visit a fish farm and bee houses, an ancient houses and experience fish pond foot massage.
- 16:30 – 17:30 Take your time to contemplate the beauty of Lan Ha Bay or alternatively or treat yourself to a delicious afternoon tea in the Piano Lounge or indulge yourself in Spa Treatment*.
- 17:30 – 19:00 At sundown, Paradise Grand cruises will anchor overnight. This is the perfect time for you to enjoy Happy Hour (buy 1 get 1 free from 17:30 to 18:30) and cooking class on the notable Vietnamese dish while being serenaded by a live music performance by Philippines band** at L’Odyssée Sundeck or Piano Lounge. (Live music is perfomed for 45 minutes each slot and is not available on Mondays)
- 19:15 Dinner is served in La Espacia Restaurant.
- 21:00 – 23:00 Indulge yourself at Piano Lounge, try squid fishing at the back of the boat, or enjoy fantastic movies with our large screen in Le Piano Lounge.

Day - 5 | Halong - Hanoi/ Paradise Grand Cruise - Old Quarter Walking Tour
In the morning
- 06:30 – 07:00 Welcome your second day onboard Paradise Grand with a Tai Chi session on sundeck as the sun rises.
- 07:00 – 07:30 Re-energize yourself in a light breakfast with some freshly baked pastries, coffee, and tea in the restaurant.
- 07:30 – 08:30 Your last trip stop is the magnificent Dark and Bright Cave; you will be transported there by locals rowing bamboo boats. It is a poetic and stunning location that acts as an accessway to a beautiful and tranquil lake, surrounded by walls of stones in different scales and sizes.
- 08:30 Back on board, breakfast will be served as we once again cruise back to the harbour before your bill settlement and check-out.
- 09:30 – 10:00 After brunch, you may settle your bills and return the room keys to the reception area. Then you may enjoy your remaining moments at Piano Lounge or on sundeck looking at the astonishing view of Lan Ha Bay.
- 10:15 – 10:30 After disembarking from Paradise Grand, you will be transferred on a speedboat to return to Tuan Chau Marina.
- Get on bus and return to Hanoi

- Upon arrival at 14.00 PM, you will take a short walk around Old Quarter to discover the lifestyle of the locals.
- Coming to Hoan Kiem Lake. Peaceful and quiet, the lake surrounds Ngoc Son, sitting in the center on a small island. The island on which the temple is built is known as Jade Island and is accessible by the iconic The Huc Bridge or Rising Sun Bridge, which is a charming scarlet-painted wooden bridge of classical Vietnamese design

Day - 7 | Hanoi - Fly to Danang - Visit Kim Bong Carpentry Village & Cam Thanh coconut Jungle
In the morning
- Have breakfast at your hotel
- You board the boat to Bay Mau coconut water forest – about 7 hectares, surrounded by mangrove forests, canals, houses covered by coconut water leaves.
- You have chance to rowing basket boats with the locals and will be immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest. You can get some lovely handmade souvenirs made from nipa palm leaves, such as hats, watches, rings…. Don’t forget to try crab fishing
- You will have lunch at Chabad house

- After lunch, you will visit the Kim Bong carpenter’s village.
- You will listen to the history presentation of the village, visit the shipbuilding workshop, and wood carvings. You will see how to make the traditional wooden boats, and try the famous basket boats at Kha’s workshop. You can also practice weaving mats in Mrs Duoc’s house. These activities are fun and a great time to meet and talk to local people

Day - 8 | Hoian - My Son Holy land - Tra Que Village
In the morning
- Have breakfast at your hotel
- At 08:30, our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and start riding your bicycle to Tra Que village
- You firstly will be introduced to the history of the village, the cultivation of the vegetables, as well as discovering the use of vegetables in traditional Vietnamese medicine.
- Then you will take a trip around the vegetable garden and join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake. You do some activities such as raking, sowing, watering greens, picking greens, and many more gardening activities.
- Have lunch at Chabad house
In the afternoon
- After lunch, you will be met up by our guide and driver, and then begin the scenic route to My Son Sanctuary, which takes around an hour driving.
- Once you have arrived at our destination, you will also be able to learn why it is considered one of the most significant Hindu complexes in South East Asia and have the chance to enjoy a Cham Traditional Dance Show (At around 2.45 PM)
- Then you will be given the opportunity to explore the fascinating ruins, learn about the different structures, and what historic role they played.

Day - 9 | Hoian - Hue: Imperial Citadel - Ancient Town Walking

- At 08:00, after enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you will be met by our guide, and the driver will start driving to Hue.
- Reaching Hue at around 10:30 PM, you will firstly pay a visit to Tu Duc tomb, which is considered as one of the most beautiful, picturesque, and largest works of architecture of Nguyen Dynasty’s royal palaces and tombs.
- At noon time, have Kosher lunch from Chabad house in Hoian

- At 14:00, you will continue your trip by visiting Imperial Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City, created in the 19th century for the Emperors of the Nguyen Dynasty.
- After that, you will get the romantic experience by taking a leisure boat trip along the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the most famous Vietnamese landmarks.
- If time allows, we offer you a visit to Dong Ba market, the biggest local market in Hue, where you can experience the real life of local people and learn how they operate the market.

- Walking around Hoian Ancient Town, you will be introduced to many delights of Hoi An. From expert dressmakers and tailors, who will craft a complete outfit for you in a couple of days, to a dawn photo trip along the river or from a fun visit to Hoi An Local Market then following small alleys to see the Chinese Assembly Hall, the famous Japanese Covered Bridge and Tan Ky Ancient House and the China Town in the other side of the canal, you’ll find yourself miss that one-of-a-kind port town in every single road of your ahead travel (Optional)

Day - 10 | Hoian - Danang - Saigon - City Tour

- After lunch, you will start the tour of the dynamic City, you will visit The Reunification Palace, whose architecture is a blend of traditional ritual and modern architecture, typical of the 60s’.
- The central Post Office is one of the oldest buildings in Ho Chi Minh. Being a mixture of Gothic, Renaissance and French influences, this building fascinates tourists by its typical colonial French features, from exterior to interior decorations.
- The next site is Notre Dame Cathedral, which is considered the symbol of this dynamic city, is located in the downtown of Ho Chi Minh and reaches a height of up to 60 meters.
- The last destination is Ben Thanh Local market (if time allows), which is a bustling market in the daytime and a social center after sunset

Day - 11 | Saigon - Mekong/ Ben Tre - Phong Nam

- At 08:00, our guide and driver will meet you up at your hotel and departs to Phong Nam that belongs to Ben Tre province
- Reaching Phong Nam Bridge at around 10:00, you will straightly cruise along the Chet Say River to see the view of transferring goods by boat, the coconut organ along the river…
- You will stop to visit the brick kilns with the way local people do brickwork, see coconut shells charcoal, this is the material to make activated charcoal, coconut preliminary processing such as skinning coconut, smashing coconut, prizing coconut, smoothing coconut, …
- Afterwards, you will have time to enjoy the fresh coconut water on the cruise and move to Cai Son canal to see the pudding scene along the river
- You will also visit coconut candy oven – enjoy hot coconut candy at the oven, seasonal fruit, honey tea
- After that, you will visit the village of weaving mats in Nhon Thanh. On the way, you will see the peaceful village road by a xe-lôi (a kind of motorized rickshaw) or by bike.

- At 08:00, you will be met up by our guide at the lobby of the hotel after you have breakfast, then transferred to Cu Chi tunnels.
- Cu Chi tunnels are famed for its 200-kilometre-long tunnels, an incredible underground network built by communist soldiers during the Vietnam War. By visiting this site, you will have a chance to look back on the War time of Vietnam and see how we fought the invaders.
- After spending time visiting these long tunnels, you will go back to Saigon and have lunch at Chabad house
